  • There is typically no sensation or very mild sensation when the needles are inserted. This is because of how thin the needles are.

If a needle does bother you at all, it is easy to adjust and fix. The goal is for you to be comfortable and relaxed throughout your acupuncture session.

  • After completing my studies in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, I continued to study infertility with the Acupuncture and TCM board of Reproductive Medicine. This program provides a deep understanding of both the female and male endocrine system, how to treat infertility naturally, when more interventions are necessary and how to use acupuncture and TCM safely with medical fertility treatments.

I became a Fellow with the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine by passing my board exam in 2015 and have enjoyed having access to the most up-to-date information, a community of reproductive endocrinologists, doctors and acupuncturists for support, and informative continuing education since.

  • Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenating technique used to optimize the health and preserve the integrity of your skin.

The main goals of microneedling are to reduce the signs of aging by improving the elasticity of your skin and stabilizing the collagen structure just below the surface of your skin.

I perform microneedling using a dermal needle pen. This device allows me to create thousands of targeted micro injuries to your skin which causes controlled inflammation and begins the healing process creating the result that you desire.

The process starts by numbing the skin that will be treated, which dramatically reduces any pain involved. Once you are numb the treatment will take 30-45 minutes.

For more informaton please refer to the microneedling page.
